Sailing Schedule
Approved Freight Forwarders offers two sailings every week to Hawaii.
Cutoff
In order to be guaranteed to make a Wednesday sailing, your freight must be in our terminal by 4:00 pm the Monday before the sailing. Freight arriving Tuesday may sail on Wednesday depending on space availability. In order to be guaranteed to make a Saturday sailing, your freight must be in our terminal by 4:00 pm the Thursday before the sailing. Freight arriving Friday may sail on Saturday depending on space availability.
Transit Time
Vessels depart from the port of Long Beach every Wednesday and Saturday arriving to the port of Honolulu 5 days later on Sunday night and Wednesday night.

Cutoff
In order to be guaranteed to make a Wednesday sailing, your freight must be in our terminal by 12:00 p.m. the Friday before. In order to guarantee to make a Saturday sailing, your freight must be in our terminal by 12:00 p.m. on the Wednesday before. We load our freight on a first come first serve basis. Sailing schedules and cutoff dates are not exact and are subject to change. For information on a specific sailing please contact us for details.
Transit Time
The first sailing usually departs Long Beach every Wednesday arriving 14 days later on Wednesday. The second sailing usually departs Long Beach every Saturday arriving to Guam 16 days later on Monday. Once the vessel has arrived, please allow 1-5 days for customs clearance, unloading, and delivery of your freight. If you need faster service, call and ask us about air freight options.
