SAILING SCHEDULES
The shipper has the responsibility to properly mark the shipment and package it in such a way that damage does not occur through normal transportation. When damages occur, the shipper should assist in repairs when possible and practical to do so.
TO HAWAII FROM THE CONTINENTAL U.S. SAILING SCHEDULE:
WE OFFER TWO SAILINGS EVERY WEEK TO HAWAII: A WEDNESDAY SAIL AND A SATURDAY SAIL.
CUTOFFS:
Wednesday Departure: 4:00 pm the Monday prior
In order to guarantee your freight is loaded for the Wednesday sail, your freight must be at our Santa Fe Springs, CA terminal by 4:00 pm the Monday before the sailing. Freight arriving Tuesday may sail on Wednesday depending on space availability.
Saturday Departure: 4:00 pm the Thursday prior
In order to guarantee your freight is loaded for the Saturday sail, your freight must be at our terminal by 4:00 pm the Thursday before the sailing. Freight arriving Friday may sail on Saturday depending on space availability.
TRANSIT TIME:
Vessels arrive to the port of Honolulu 4 days after the departure date. This means Wednesday departures arrive on Sunday and Saturday departures arrive on Wednesday. We will have your freight unloaded and delivered 24-48 hours after the container is made available at the port.
HAWAII TO CONTINENTAL U.S. SAILING SCHEDULE:
WE OFFER A WEEKLY SERVICE FROM HAWAII TO THE CONTINENTAL U.S. WITH DEPARTURE EVERY FRIDAY
Call Customer Service at (800) 533-4826, and we will arrange to pick up your freight locally. You can also drop off your freight at one of our Hawaii Terminals. You must make a booking with our Customer Service department prior to delivering freight for eastbound movement. Freight moving from Maui, Kauai, and the Big Island will be barged to Oahu for final consolidation and loading.
CUTOFF:
Friday Departure: 12:00 pm the Tuesday prior
In order to guarantee your freight is loaded for the Friday sailing, your freight must be at our Oahu Terminal by 12:00 pm Noon the Tuesday before. Freight arriving Wednesday may sail on Friday if there is space available.
TRANSIT TIME:
The vessel arrives to the port of Los Angeles 6 days after leaving Oahu. Your freight will be available for pick up or scheduled for delivery within 2 business days after the container is available at the port of Los Angeles.
CONTINENTAL U.S. TO GUAM SAILING SCHEDULE
WE OFFER WEEKLY SERVICE TO GUAM: VESSEL DEPARTS EVERY THURSDAY FROM THE WEST COAST WITH DIRECT SERVICE TO GUAM.
CUTOFF:
Monday by 12:00 pm
In order to guarantee your freight is loaded for the Thursday sailing, your freight must be at our Santa Fe Springs, CA terminal by 12:00 pm Monday.
Freight that arrives Monday after 12:00 pm, Tuesday anytime or Wednesday before 12:00 pm may sail on Thursday based on space availability and loading compatibility.
If you have freight arriving after the cutoff that is very urgent, please contact our customer support team at 800-533-4826 to notify them and they will do their best to accommodate. Please be prepared with as much detail on the freight arriving as possible so we can reserve enough space.
Due to some compatibility restrictions, pricing or other factors an alternate non-direct service may be used. For this service, the vessel departs every Wednesday and stops in Hawaii on its transit to Guam. The cutoff for this sailing is 4:00 pm the Friday prior. Freight arriving Monday and Tuesday may sail on Wednesday if there is space available.
TRANSIT TIME:
The Thursday direct sail arrives to the port of Guam 11 days after departure. The Wednesday non-direct sail arrives to the port of Guam 14 days after departure. Within 48 hours of the container being available in Guam, your freight will be cleared with customs, unloaded, and delivered.
