Credit will not be issue to individuals and payment terms are C.O.D. If your business would like to apply for credit, please submit a signed Payment Terms Agreement with a list of three credit references. |

You should consign your trucking bill of lading as follows:
- COMPANY NAME OF THE FINAL CUSTOMER IN GUAM / HAWAII, DESTINATION CITY AND ZIP

It is always best to mark the full address of the shipper
and consignee on all pieces of the shipment. At a minimum,

What if I am shipping hazardous materials? |
| |

If you are shipping hazardous materials, you must include a copy of the MSDS with the shipment at the time of delivery. The freight must be properly packaged and labeled to meet all regulations. All hazardous items must be itemized to include:
- IMO Proper shipping name
- Hazardous Class
- UN Number
- Packaging Group (if applicable)
- Quantity and packaging type
- Weight
- Cubic feet
- Flash Point (if applicable)
