Standard freight shipments do not require booking prior to delivery at our Santa Fe Springs, CA Terminal. However, if you prefer to book your standard freight shipment in advance, you can call Customer Service at (800) 533-4826. We'll be happy to provide you with booking confirmation and projected arrival dates.
Got a big shipment? For oversized shipments (anything more than 120" in length, more than 60" in width, over 99" in height, or more than 10,000 lbs per piece), full truckloads, or other freight requiring additional handling, we need 24 hours advance notice. Call (800) 533-4826 with shipment details.
For a Full Container Load Move, please give us 24-72 hours advance notice.
Freight is received at our Santa Fe Springs, CA Terminal on first come first serve basis. Once your freight is received on our dock or scheduled for pickup, it will be assigned a freight bill number for tracking and billing purposes. Every piece of freight we receive is issued a control number. This allows you to track your shipment all the way to your door!
For all shipments to Guam, we require a copy of the commercial invoice. To avoid any delays for delivery to Guam, please fax all commercial invoice(s) to (562) 944-5820 or email to guamsupport@approvedforwarders.com.
